This product comes from the famous olive groves of Kolymvari region, an area with a special geographical environment, rich soil of the area, appropriate altitude and the most suitable climatological conditions for the cultivation of olives,the superior variety ‘KORONEIKI “and the production of olive oil with exceptional quality and unique organoleptic characteristics.

Olive oil extraction is done daily in our modern olive processing plant from the healthiest olives, shortly after harvest and under strictly controlled conditions in low-temperature (up to 27°C).

Olive oil is controlled by specialized personnel of our company for its qualitative characteristics, with constant quality checks, chemical analysis as well as the sensory evaluation. Stainless steel tanks are used for the storage under controlled conditions of temperature (up to 25°C).

Standardization of our olive oil is done in a modern, built to high standards, fully automated production and packaging plant in our company.
5 Certification
Every step of bottling and packaging of this product is standardized according to the standards issued by the international Food Safety management system requirements by TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS EN ISO 22000:2005. Also it has been certified as Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) by AGROCERT, the premier national organization for certification and inspection of agricultural products.
